In the original comic, an opportunity for an "upside-down speech" gag is missed, because of a rotationally symmetrical "Z" being used instead of something like "SNORE" (which would also be more consistent with Odie's "BARK!"). But now, in this re-imagined version, we can see a "sideways speech" gag instead.
