There are, of course, several ways this could go awry:

  1. He could be mistaken for a real toaster, then packaged and put in storage.
  2. He could be introduced to Bluedrip's good friend Shirley the Sledgehammer.
  3. Someone might put bread in him and forget to take it out. Heck, the possibility that someone might try putting bread in him is enough.
  4. The Braseby hearing, duh!
  5. One of the tinkerers might want to disassemble him for practice.
  6. He simply may not fit on the counter the way a regular toaster would.
