Last week someone brought to my attention that the annotations bore the wrong dates. In fact, the annotations posted had all been intended for strips published one week earlier. What disturbs me most is that this had been going on for a fortnight before anyone - including myself - noticed.

Thus, as a public service, the date check for the current comic/annotation: in the first panel, characters talk. In the second panel, something funny happens. In the intermediate panels, more talking and funniness. In the final panel, the punchline. The password is marlin.
