As you can probably tell, actions of the villain in today's comic are clearly in violation of articles #3, #7, and #22 of "The Evil Overlord List" (including extended Cellblocks A & B, but not TV Tropes suggestions). Actually, I think there might be a slight violation of Rule #49 in there too.
