Top Left Corner: Coffie
{Garfield waves a giant coffee cup at Jon}
{Jon looks at his coffee pot}
Jon: Sorry, Garfied, no more coffie.
Garfield: Figures. It's Monday.
{Garfield, dejected, goes back to bed}
{Jon eagerly goes to the coffee pot}

{Odie is surprised that Jon's clothes are ripped}
Jon: Don't even ask.

The author writes:

A very long time ago, when I was still in elementary school, there was one of those Scholastic sales at my school where a bunch of books and "educational" "games" and the like were sold. It was there I found a CD with software on it that allowed you to make your own Garfield comic strip. As far as I can tell, it had a lot more assets and was a lot better than the "strip maker" that the official Garfield website now allows.

My brother used the software to make this strip and printed it, and it's hung on my family's refrigerator for years. But the last few times I tried to locate my copy of that software, or even find evidence on the Internet that it ever existed in the first place, I came up completely empty. It's a real shame, too, because the assets from this software alone would surely be a boon to the SRoMG community, or really anything similar to it.

But let this scan serve as evidence that the software really exists, or at least it did exist at one time. And note the subtle change of calendar between the first half of the strip and the second. Did these events really take place on a Monday, or did Jon just want to enjoy a little bit of coffie [sic] for once? You Decide.
