{Jon and Garfield are standing next to an inflatable pool. Jon has his swimming trunks on.}
Jon: I wonder what the water temperature is?
{Jon has been pushed face-first into the pool. Water is seen splashed outside and on the pool. Garfield is holding a bomb in a manner similar to how Chopsticks hold Chinese food.}
Jon (thinking): C-Cool...
Garfield: And thank you, Chopsticks.
{We see a hole in the ground, surrounded by shredded remains of the inflatable pool, caused by the bomb. Garfield has been blasted into the air by it and Jon is in the hole made by the bomb.}
Garfield (blasted offscreen): How long until the next ride?
Jon (in the hole): First: Free legs. Then: Throttle cat.

The author writes:

Basically, I was looking at both Garfield and TV Tropes page for Square Root Of Minus Garfield and then I noticed 2 comics had a pool in them (and were very funny, of course), so I decided to make this for my first SRoMG strip via Gimp. I hope you all like it! Also, I used the bomb from SRoMG #298 for you trivia fans. To explain Garfield holding the Cat-onball in the second panel, he's been learning the ways of the Chopstick (and mastered it, much to Jon's dismay). Another bit of trivia is that the original strip I took the first two panels from was not originally pure white, so I had to fix it myself. It worked beautifully.
