Jon: I like to visualize these rice cakes as rice cakes
Garfield: I don't have your imagination
Garfield: So i have to visualize this juicy steak dinner as a rice cake!

The author writes:

I thought of several ways to handle this change dialogue-wise, like making Garf' say he has a lot more imagination than Jon, or reversing the panels and having Jon not have Mr. Cat's imagination. I eventually decided on the lazy way out, mainly for how weird it would be if this exchange occurred in real life.
