One of the more inexplicable Twitter feeds is Horse_ebooks. According to Wikipedia:

The account is intended to promote e-books, but is known for its amusing non sequiturs, an apparent effort to evade spam detection.
Although it is a spam account, it has gained a following (as of this writing, there are 171,844 subscribers) thanks to its unintelligible sentences that some seem to believe are, for lack of a better word, art.

After seeing SRoMGs with broken English that came around as a result of mistranslation, it seemed like the time was right to try and replace the dialogue in a strip with incoherent half-sentences that were apparently just willed into being.
