The author writes:

This strip was included as a bonus feature on the Garfield: A Tail Of Two Kitties DVD. It's very hard to find on the Internet (until now). I took a picture of it with a cell phone and sent it to myself via email to submit it as a SRoMG strip.

This strip was basically posted on here so anyone can use it to make their own SRoMG strip, if they want to. I figured that by submitting this, it could quite possibly open up possibilities for more SRoMG strips in the future.

As a side note here, this strip actually has two titles. The one that's used (which is a TV Trope), and the other title which was The Lying King.
