{In Maria's comic, entitled "Roseducks", a duck that looks like Maria sees her Maricela lookalike sister duck chewing on her Plush Maria (also a duck) and gets mad at her. She swipes Plush Maria Duck from Maricela Duck's beak. Maricela Duck chases after Maria Duck, and they fight over Plush Maria Duck. Rosa, the oldest duck sister, comes into the scene and slams both duck sisters' heads with a CLUNK! She carries Plush Maria Duck away. Maria Duck and Maricela Duck, with beaks bent and hurt from the collision, can only watch Plush Maria Duck wink at them.}
Rosa: {angry and embarrassed} My nose is not that big!
Maricela: I wonder what calculus would taste like?
Maria: {to Plush Maria} This is why you can't live with critics

I liked this new [at time of submission. -Ed.] Rosebuds strip so much, I just couldn't resist putting my own "Roseducks" parody strip into it! My strip can be seen here.
