The author writes:

I had the idea to use the "Ballot" strip in my mind for quite some time, but held off on it for the following reasons:

  1. I couldn't find the date for the original strip (until now, that is).
  2. Right away, I knew that this had potential to become yet another running gag, which led me to post all of these edits as one strip.

As of this writing, I'm still working on my big comic for iToons, so consider this a placeholder.
