Dagwood: Well, uh...
Odie: Sniff sniff
Garfield: Just answer the question!

Garfield: "Dear Ask A Dog,"
Skip: You could choose a name the way celebrities choose baby names... like name him after your favorite fruit or shampoo or activity or whatever.
Blondie: Cotton candy breath?
Dagwood: Oh, yeah!!

Blondie: Do you remember stealing a kiss from me on the Ferris wheel at our first state fair?
Garfield: "Why are you guys always smelling stuff?"
Gwen: "Netflix the cat." Hmm... nah.

The author writes:

The Columbia Daily Tribune happens to print Garfield directly under Blondie directly under Intelligent Life. I noticed that reading today's dialogue diagonally down and to the left produces a coherent story (see top strip). The remaining six panels were also assembled into strips, one of which makes a little more sense than the other.
