Mel: I don't approve of your experiments.
Dewey: I now have book talks that guarantee cramps, nausea, and mild eczema!
Mel: That doesn't sound very useful.
Dewey: Oh, and one that makes you speak Urdu.
Mel: That's impossible!
Buddy: میل ، ایسی مولی نہ بنیں۔

This is a send-up of the "Linguistics with Liz" strips (most, but not all, of the strips that return from this search) on SRoMG. Assuming Google Translate is accurate (a fairly big assumption), Buddy is saying in Urdu, "Mel, don't be such a radish." That final speech bubble has a screenshot of the Google Translate results, so blame them if it's inaccurate.
Incidentally, Google Translate says that Buddy's original dialogue translates to: "By the way, I learned from my musk in a month."
