Fritzi: New Year, new me!
Garfield: The New Year started months ago.
Fritzi: {slightly more annoyed} Time for some spring cleaning.
Garfield: Isn't it almost summer already.
Fritzi: {very annoyed} Looks like we're off to a fresh start.
Garfield: Do you mean 'fresh' as in rude because I'm pretty sure people don't say that anymore.

The author writes:

I'll admit, I was never very aware of Nancy until Olivia Jaimes took over the strip and it became a new cultural phenomenon. As I looked for strips to mash, I noticed people commenting on how much more sarcastic Nancy tended to be in these new strips, and it instantly reminded me of a certain orange lasagna-lover. Thus, I whipped this strip up. Oh, and before anyone asks, I checked the guidelines, and this strip can indeed be submitted to iToons, since it's not based entirely on a Garfield comic.
