T. Rex: Burying Scrooge was no surprise. Burying his father was unexpected, but he knew Bob would be glad not to outlive his child.
T. Rex: But burying nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews...
T. Rex: Yet still, he did not die.
T. Rex: The mechanised slaughter he had only read of as a youth drew closer to home. Each year brought new horrors. On his 200th birthday, he heard the four-minute warning.
T. Rex: Tiny Tim stood among the glowing embers, the lone survivor of what once was civilisation.
T. Rex: "God bless us," he called into the silent void, "... every one."
