T-Rex: DID YOU KNOW: Dr Guillotin, who invented the guillotine, died...
T-REX: ... BY GUILLOTINE?
Dromiceiomimus: He didn't invent it; he just advocated its use [1]. And he died of natural causes in 1814, well after the Terror.
Utahraptor: Wow! So much for your 'fact', T-Rex!
T-Rex: You know something? I DON'T CARE. It sounds cool so I'll keep saying it. Whatcha gonna do about THAT?
Caption: THAT EVENING...
{T-Rex is in a tumbril with a guillotine in the distance}
T-Rex: *gulp*

I wanted to get another comic out of that last panel before I erased it.

[1] Joseph-Ignace Guillotin was a member of the National Assembly (the first Revolutionary legislature). Ironically, he was an opponent of capital punishment[2]. He proposed that, if executions had to be carried out, they should be done so by a beheading machine, to make the process more humane.

[2] Also ironically, so was Maximilien Robespierre.
