T-Rex: Imagine if humans pupated.
T-Rex: GROSS, isn't it?
T-Rex: But there'd be industries and products dedicated to looking after human pupae. Pupa slings, car pupa capsules, etc.
Utahraptor: But you emerge as an adult.
Utahraptor: You'd have to pupate as a teenager.
T-Rex: Huh.
T-Rex: That explains why they're such grubs!

The author writes:

It's interesting to think how much the idea of human grubs and pupation grosses us out, but that if we actually did it, it'd just be a normal thing.
