Spoiler: you headbutt it.
In the real world of the Postcard universe, of course, Mango Chutney! doesn't exist. That's the premise of this particular comic, after all. But most of the other things we know and love (such as, I dunno, most things) do, and the lack of Mango Chutney! has not modified them in any way whatsoever:
- "Balls" is an English word used to describe spherical objects.
- I. M. Meen is known (barely) as a poorly selling computer game, but gains widespread fame after its appearance in Zelda CD-i related YouTube Poops.
- Rod Beckwith is not known for anything in particular.
- Nerdy guys make YouTube videos of themselves. Vimeo fans never had it so good.
- Without the success of the Postcard board game that flopped on Kickstarter, none of us were able to work on Postcard full time, and it remains an obscure long-running webcomic that updates twice a week.
- This gag was already done ten years ago.
- The major fast food background that pervades all of Western culture is McDonalds, despite it never being much good. It sucks.
- Throughout the 80s and 90s, all the greatest Hollywood blockbusters were generally pretty watchable.
- The Comic Irregulars are still unknown webcomic creators who never hit it big, and people still send me rambling e-mails about how I'm ripping off all their greatest ideas.
