This comic references the web series RWBY, by Rooster Teeth. Jacques Schnee, the character in question, is a wealthy, amoral businessman, abusive parent, and neglectful spouse.

Apparently there is/was a meme about this character, in his CG model, wearing a clip-on tie. I thought of this some time ago, and finally made it.
